RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. In case of late return, one-third of the daily rental rate will be charged for each additional hour. For delays exceeding a total of 3 hours, a full-day rental fee, including CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), will be charged.
LONG-TERM RENTALS
The minimum rental period for long-term rentals is 30 days. Special rates apply. For information about rental prices and conditions, you may contact the Plus Rent a Car Reservation Center at +90 532 396 99 52 or call your nearest Plus Rent a Car office.
ONE-WAY RENTALS
If the vehicle is returned in a city different from the city where it was picked up, a one-way fee will be charged regardless of the rental period. For information about one-way fees, please contact our Reservation Center or your nearest Plus Rent a Car office.
VEHICLE PICK-UP – VEHICLE RETURN
Vehicle pick-up and return services are free of charge at our International Airport offices, which operate 24 hours a day, and during business hours at our other offices. Vehicle deliveries and returns outside business hours, except at International Airports, are also free of charge.
AIRPORT SERVICE FEE
No airport service fee is charged for rentals made from Plus Rent a Car offices located at International Airports operating 24 hours a day.
DRIVING LICENCE – MINIMUM AGE
Vehicles may be rented by drivers who are at least 22 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. For luxury vehicles, the minimum driver age is 25.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
The vehicle may only be driven by a person other than the renter if that driver meets the applicable driving licence and minimum age requirements and their valid ID and driving licence details are registered in the rental agreement. If an accident occurs while the vehicle is being driven by a person who is not registered in the rental agreement, all insurance coverage may become invalid.
ITEMS INCLUDED AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES
Rental rates include a daily mileage allowance of 200 km, or 3,500 km for monthly rentals, as well as vehicle maintenance costs and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
Fuel, bridge and motorway tolls, traffic fines, additional insurance products, one-way fees, vehicle delivery and collection charges, additional services such as baby seats, and Value Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the rental rates.
PAYMENT – DEPOSIT
All valid credit cards are accepted for payment of rental charges. A blank credit card slip may be taken as a security deposit.
Vehicles are delivered to the customer with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with missing fuel or an empty tank, the fuel difference will be charged together with an additional service fee.
PLUS RENT A CAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS PRICES, RENTAL CONDITIONS AND THE VEHICLE TYPES LISTED IN ITS TARIFFS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
TRAFFIC FINES
Traffic regulations in Türkiye permit maximum speeds of 120 km/h on motorways, 90 km/h on intercity roads and 50 km/h in urban areas, unless otherwise indicated by traffic signs or applicable regulations.
Please observe all NO PARKING signs when parking.
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and legal liabilities resulting from violations of traffic regulations or from the renter's own actions or negligence. Traffic fines received by Plus Rent a Car after the vehicle has been returned will be charged to the renter. The relevant amount may be collected in cash or charged to the renter's credit card via mail order.
Any period during which the vehicle is held, seized or detained by official or local authorities for any reason will be considered part of the rental period.
